Bought a new office chair for summer. I am a large guy and the chair was rated just above my weight. Sadly the chair began to break and bend. I returned it to Danny's with no receipt but the date and price I paid. Dylan was able to find my order, took the chair for repairs and even gave me a loaner chair. I expected about 1 week turnaround but was surprised it took 3 days. Awesome company and awesome service. You have a customer for life.

Have just received the delivery of new furniture for a home office. The staff at Danny's Desk were great to deal with, very friendly and helpful and not pushy. Great selection of everything one would need and good prices. Was kept informed regarding the delivery with a call after purchase, a call to confirm the day and time for delivery and a call on the day of prior to actual delivery. Would highly recommend.

I bought one chair more than one year ago, and it’s built with high quality and very comfortable. One thing happened to me recently that again proves this company really cares about it’s customers.I was lodging tax return and couldn’t count my receipt. So I write a letter to a email address listed on their website, asking for help, but not actually expecting a reply as the purchase happened more than one year ago.Amazingly, I got a reply the next morning from one of their staff named Marek (my email is precious evening). I was so grateful with them. I highly recommend this company if you want to buy a chair.

He is a people person and being the one man running the show At Danny's desks, I hope his pay packet reflects this.On a side note - (My comment.. not his) "You need to change that bloody music. It's the same cheese on repeat every 5 minutes. I'm surprised Dylan hasn't gone mad. Nothing wrong with sticking swear free Spotify on, but that music is just trite."Dylan helped me with some Castor wheels and I will very likely be back during summer for a Mesh back chair that I clocked when I came in. The service I received was the hooking point and where Office works failed to provide me an answer to a question i had, Dylan cleared up the confusion.

Bought a folding flip flop desk. Missing instructions. Got some "start up" photos 1 week later. Still not enough. Missing (no available) assembly instructions is same as missing part. We were looking for office furniture but after visiting 4 different business we couldn’t find a combination that met our needs. Then we went to “Danny’s” at their Brisbane office. From the beginning we were impressed at the range of products and their understanding of our needs. Not long into our discussion we were told that we didn’t need to compromise our requirements as custom made product was available if we were prepared to work on the designs and colours etc. This process took a few days and delivered a 3D drawing as well as a competitive price. We have been able to achieve our vision with the design and I am please to say that our “office” has been ordered and we wait patiently for its arrival in a few weeks time. I’ll post another review once it arrives and the team at “Danny’s” deliver and install the products.
