Bought a new office chair for summer. I am a large guy and the chair was rated just above my weight. Sadly the chair began to break and bend. I returned it to Danny's with no receipt but the date and price I paid. Dylan was able to find my order, took the chair for repairs and even gave me a loaner chair. From the beginning we were impressed at the range of products and their understanding of our needs. Not long into our discussion we were told that we didn’t need to compromise our requirements as custom made product was available if we were prepared to work on the designs and colours etc. This process took a few days and delivered a 3D drawing as well as a competitive price. We have been able to achieve our vision with the design and I am please to say that our “office” has been ordered and we wait patiently for its arrival in a few weeks time. Have been using Danny's for both home and our call center for years now, the range and quality is amazing, the after care service they provide is second to none. One phone call and the boys were straight out to do maintenance on some of the many chairs we have (re-gas tighten things etc). They do this without any interruption to our business and the ladies in the office always look forward to them popping in if you know what i mean :-) . In a very busy world It doesn't matter if i call them or randomly pop in on my way past the boys always remember who I am and what my needs are and drop everything to take care of us.
