Can I lay-by an item, or hold an item for a period of time before payment?

Sure, though this is only something that is done in store. So call or drop on in to discuss.

Can I pay by Cheque or Direct Deposit?

Sure! Just select quote when you’re in cart. In the options section tell us how you would like to pay and a Danny’s staff member will be in contact.

How long does it take to confirm my payment?

This depends on how you have paid. Credit card payment is instant, other methods may take up to 72 hours. If you need it in a hurry, call 1300 855 310 and we can try our best to speed everything up.

I am having problems paying via my Credit Card?

Please confirm all the details you have entered are correct and your card is valid.

What do you do with my credit card details?

We do not store any records. They are deleted instantly the moment payment has been processed.

Is GST included in the item price or is it added at checkout?

All of our products are GST inclusive.

Is your site secure for Credit Card purchases?

  • In stock at our competitors and
  • Not excluded from the PBG (see below)

What is excluded from the Price Beat Guarantee?

  • Cashback and coupon offers (i.e. supplier cashback or reduced price available via paper coupon or electronic codeword)
  • Stock liquidations (i.e. competitor clearance products or goods sold by a business placed into receivership)
  • If the price beat guarantee causes an unreasonable loss

Do you offer trials in my area? Highly likely. But there are a few areas that we cant offer all trials, so it it is worth checking.

How long does the trail last? 7 days

How much does it cost? It is totally free! However we do require to hold the cost of your chair whilst it is on trial. This is 100% refundable upon the return of the chair.

How many chairs can I trial at once? For residential addresses we allow a single trial. For commercial addresses, up to Five.

*please note that the chairs must be returned in a new condition. Dannys Desks retains the right to with hold the cost of  chair if the chair is returned damaged.

What does your Warranty cover?

At Danny’s we take pride in our warranties. Our aim is to have you in a chair or at a desk working soundly for the entire life of the product. So if there are any issues with any of our products that affects its ability to do its job We’ll Fix It.

We Fix It Ourselves!

The most important thing is to get you back up and running! So if on the rare occasion something does go wrong we will have our own dedicated ‘fix it’ team  on the job.  Just bring your product back to your nearest store and where possible we will fix it on the spot. 

Always helpful to call ahead and make sure we have any components that you may need in stock.

Danny’s we only use the best freight forwarding/ logistics specialists! But sadly,
from time to time mistakes happen. To protect your products, we have introduced
a Shipping Insurance option at cart. Allowing you to pick if you would like to
protect your furniture or not.

*Please
note if you choose not to select the optional insurance your goods will not be
covered for any damages.

We offer a range of delivery options, all of which are calculated automatically once you have placed your details in the shopping cart. We have storage facilities in Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth. If freight is not calculated for your area, please don’t hesitate to request a quote from us – 1300 855 310.

*Please note  Free Delivery is for flat pack goods only.

Danny’s privacy policy is HUGE. We take it very seriously. No financial details are stored. The only personal details kept by Danny’s are pertaining to your warranty. These details are NOT used for promotional purposes and are only accessible for warranty purposes. If you would prefer not to use your details, you dont have to! We just ask that you make sure you keep your reciept in the unlikely event of a warranty claim.

Need a chair but can’t make it to a showroom to try one out?

Not to worry! We have a flexible return policy on all our office chairs. If you’re not happy with the purchase, simply return it within 10 days of receiving the items. No questions asked, no cost to you! 100% full refund. (excluding freight)

Please note, this is for 1 chair at a time.

<strong.Desking, Storage and Everything Else

At Danny’s Desks and Chairs, our policy is simple. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will refund you in full, including shipping both ways on all single desk purchases.

Though the following criteria must be met

A full refunded cannot be provided if:

1) Product has been assembled.

2) Original packaging has been discarded.

3) Item is returned damaged.

If one of the above occurs, a restocking fee of 30% plus the return postage will be charged and deducted off the refund total.

Bought a new office chair for summer. I am a large guy and the chair was rated just above my weight. Sadly the chair began to break and bend. I returned it to Danny's with no receipt but the date and price I paid. Dylan was able to find my order, took the chair for repairs and even gave me a loaner chair. I expected about 1 week turnaround but was surprised it took 3 days. Awesome company and awesome service. You have a customer for life.

Have just received the delivery of new furniture for a home office. The staff at Danny's Desk were great to deal with, very friendly and helpful and not pushy. Great selection of everything one would need and good prices. Was kept informed regarding the delivery with a call after purchase, a call to confirm the day and time for delivery and a call on the day of prior to actual delivery. Would highly recommend.

I bought one chair more than one year ago, and it’s built with high quality and very comfortable. One thing happened to me recently that again proves this company really cares about it’s customers.I was lodging tax return and couldn’t count my receipt. So I write a letter to a email address listed on their website, asking for help, but not actually expecting a reply as the purchase happened more than one year ago.Amazingly, I got a reply the next morning from one of their staff named Marek (my email is precious evening).
