I returned it to Danny's with no receipt but the date and price I paid. Dylan was able to find my order, took the chair for repairs and even gave me a loaner chair. I expected about 1 week turnaround but was surprised it took 3 days. Awesome company and awesome service. You have a customer for life.

We were looking for office furniture but after visiting 4 different business we couldn’t find a combination that met our needs. Then we went to “Danny’s” at their Brisbane office. From the beginning we were impressed at the range of products and their understanding of our needs. Not long into our discussion we were told that we didn’t need to compromise our requirements as custom made product was available if we were prepared to work on the designs and colours etc. This process took a few days and delivered a 3D drawing as well as a competitive price. We have been able to achieve our vision with the design and I am please to say that our “office” has been ordered and we wait patiently for its arrival in a few weeks time. I’ll post another review once it arrives and the team at “Danny’s” deliver and install the products.
