Danny’s endeavors to dispatch all flat pack orders within forty-eight (48) hours of order confirmation. Please note that lead times may vary based on product customization or interstate transit requirements. Following the placement of an order, a representative will contact you to provide a projected delivery date.
For a nominal fee, Danny’s offers a comprehensive delivery and installation service. This service encompasses professional transport, on-site assembly, and the removal of all associated packaging materials.
Assembly Notice: Please be advised that commercial-grade furniture may not feature pre-drilled pilot holes; therefore, professional assembly is recommended to ensure structural integrity.
Lead Times: Standard delivery and installation are typically fulfilled within two (2) to ten (10) business days. Extended lead times may apply to high-volume or bespoke orders.
Expedited Requests: While we strive to accommodate specific date requests or urgent timelines, such arrangements are subject to availability and may incur additional service fees.
Customers are responsible for disclosing any delivery impediments, including but not limited to restricted vehicle access, security protocols, induction requirements or narrow entryways. *please note addtional fees may apply when delivery and or assembly has the above impediments
Above Ground Floor Delivery: Deliveries requiring transit above the ground floor (via stairs or elevator) will incur addional charges.
Shipping costs are determined by order volume and geographical location.
Calculations: Total shipping and installation fees will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

All special orders, bulk purchases, indent purchases, and custom-manufactured products are strictly non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
Collection Deadline: Goods must be collected or delivery accepted within fourteen (14) days of the agreed-upon availability or arrival date.
Storage Fees: Pursuant to our standard terms, if a delivery or collection is dishonored, delayed, or rescheduled by the customer beyond the fourteen-day window, Danny’s reserves the right to assess a storage fee of up to $400.00 per day.
Our team will make every reasonable effort to accommodate specific delivery requirements; however, Danny’s reserves the right to adjust delivery schedules or fees based on site complexity or unforeseen logistical constraints.
