Herman Miller Aeron Remastered Graphite Frame

Pure Architecture

Remastered for Contemporary Work

The original Aeron rewrote the rules of office seating in 1994 by eliminating foam and fabric. The Remastered edition builds on that legacy with refined tilt mechanisms, advanced materials, and sustainable ocean-bound plastics.

Recycled composite frame built for high-demand commercial workspaces
Size B (Medium) frame engineered to fit over 85% of adult body types
159 kg tested working load capacity backed by a 12-Year commercial warranty

Active Suspension

8Z Pellicle® Zone-Targeted Comfort

Standard foam cushions trap heat and create circulation hotspots. Aeron’s 8Z Pellicle suspension features eight tension zones across the seat and backrest—stiffer at the perimeter and softer where you sit—relieving pressure on the thighs and hips.

Continuous passive airflow dissipates heat and moisture throughout the day
Distributes user weight evenly across the entire surface area
Maintains shape retention without sagging or stretching out

PostureFit SL dual pad lumbar and sacrum support

Spinal Alignment

PostureFit SL™ Sacral Stabilization

Ergonomic support starts with pelvic posture. PostureFit SL uses dual adjustable pads to stabilize the base of your spine (the sacrum) while supporting the natural inward curve of the lower back (the lordosis).

Rotates the pelvis forward to mimic a healthy standing spinal posture
Prevents slouching and back fatigue during long desk sessions
Independent dial controls calibrate depth support directly to your back

Harmonic 2 tilt limiter levers and arm adjustment dials

Fluid Ergonomics

Harmonic™ 2 Tilt & 3D Arms

The Harmonic 2 tilt mechanism counterbalances your body weight automatically through the recline arc, keeping your eyes and hands naturally aligned with your workspace across every posture.

Forward seat angle (-5°) provides active support for intensive typing
Tilt limiter restricts recline angles across three distinct ranges
Fully adjustable armrests adjust in height, depth, and pivot 15° inward/outward

Universal Fit Guide

Aeron Sizing & Fit Matrix

Herman Miller sizes the Aeron across three proportional builds (A, B, and C). Size B accommodates over 85% of standard adult height and weight ranges.
