Other adjustments you can make with the Mesh Ergo are the seat height, the seat tilt, the back tilt, and it comes with a seat-slide. Fully ergonomic, the full range of motion the Mesh Ergo has allows you to make it fit your body’s needs. The mesh back not only makes it breathable, but it also contours to the shape of your back, allowing it to give you better support.

Excellent desk chair. I chose this because it holds extra weight capacity since I’m tall. Easy to put together and pretty sturdy. Once my body got used to new shape it’s quite comfortable with adjustments for everything. I’d give it 5 stars but you can’t flick the lever “down” to be able to rock backward freely. Arrived quickly.
