Dylan is excellent at providing Quality customer service. He is a people person and being the one man running the show At Danny's desks, I hope his pay packet reflects this. On a side note - (My comment.. not his) "You need to change that bloody music. It's the same cheese on repeat every 5 minutes. I'm surprised Dylan hasn't gone mad. Nothing wrong with sticking swear free Spotify on, but that music is just trite."Dylan helped me with some Castor wheels and I will very likely be back during summer for a Mesh back chair that I clocked when I came in. The service I received was the hooking point and where Office works failed to provide me an answer to a question i had, Dylan cleared up the confusion.

Bought a workstation desk, solid desk, exactly what we wanted. Had an issue with the courier damaging the contents and Dylan rang us immediately and sorted for us. Had it delivered on a Saturday. Extremely pleased with the service and the product

Bought a folding flip flop desk. Missing instructions. Got some "start up" photos 1 week later. Still not enough. Missing (no available) assembly instructions is same as missing part. I had my whinge. They dealt with the issue. And now back in good books. Moved from a low star product rating to this 5 star rating based on customer relations.

Extremely impressed with the customer service from Dylan. We ordered a sit stand desk which wasn’t in stock, and were given very realistic honest delivery dates from the very beginning. We received phone calls when the dates changed slightly, and the desk actually arrived earlier than we expected. So impressed with the desk we’ve ordered another. Amazing variety of really good quality office chair range on the Sunshine Coast. Excellent chairs we have bought for the studio, super comfy - looking forward to sitting on them for a long time as they look really durable and well made - they look like they will last a long time.Dylan (One of the staff members) was friendly and very helpful with sitting us in the right direction to what would work well for us.At the time we were looking for just chairs particular but these guys have a massive range of other office furniture too - will be back to purchase a filing cabinet for home soon :-)Thanks guys.

We were looking for office furniture but after visiting 4 different business we couldn’t find a combination that met our needs. Then we went to “Danny’s” at their Brisbane office. From the beginning we were impressed at the range of products and their understanding of our needs. Not long into our discussion we were told that we didn’t need to compromise our requirements as custom made product was available if we were prepared to work on the designs and colours etc. This process took a few days and delivered a 3D drawing as well as a competitive price. We have been able to achieve our vision with the design and I am please to say that our “office” has been ordered and we wait patiently for its arrival in a few weeks time. I’ll post another review once it arrives and the team at “Danny’s” deliver and install the products.
